Congratulations to Kathy for her PSA honors! It is a spectacular photo and most worthy of recognition. I admire the photographic work both Kathy and Don produce. I envy the backcountry treks you take to find such beauty to share with the world. Bravo!

The photo tour of Kitsap County was sure fun. It was the first day of summer and the weather was ideal for our morning cruise along the Poulsbo waterfront in an electric boat. The calm water and sunny weather offered some interesting and colorful reflections and a harbor seal posed nicely for us on the breakwater. We all ate lunch in Poulsbo and had lively discussions about all things photographic.
In Port Gamble I got my first look inside the historic Walker Ames mansion. I took a colorful abstract photo of the peeling wallpaper. I could have spent hours photographing these interesting details but we moved on to the historic cemetery. We ended our day at Point No Point where we had a pleasant beach walk with Mount Rainier shining in the distance.

Welcome to the world of Wordpress, Don! It's remarkably simple, no? You will enjoy maintaining this site to your own liking, and the blog functionality is also incredibly simple. It will be fun to see you upload (hopefully) your travel slideshows.

WordPress is the same product used to build the KPG site.

Sorry Don, I do not have a website to list on the blog. However, I sure like yours. Maybe, you could design one like it for the KPG.

Don, your website is gorgeous, as it should be to match your spectacular photographs. I will check in often. Also, I love the photo of you--and now I must go searching for the red nail polish.
